My Sister

Today the girls and I get to go pick up my (baby) sister, Wendy, from the airport. She is coming home to the states today after being stationed in Guam for 2 years! (She is in the Air Force) The first few months she really liked it there, beautiful weather and beaches. Then she realized just how small the island was and started to get bored, she couldn't wait to come home. She is coming to stay with us for about 3 weeks before going to her next base, which is in San Antonio. She was trying to get something closer, like maybe on the East coast, but no such luck. She's not too upset, she was in San Antonio for her tech school and she really liked it there. Plus, she will be working in the ER of the hospital (the same one that my sister-in-law was born in!) which she is very excited about. She will definitely learn a lot there. I was hoping that she would be stationed closer to us too, but I guess that Texas is much better than Guam. I haven't seen her since Christmas, we are all very excited to have her here!
